Keeping it Reel Kristin Zaben July 1, 2026
If you caught my Reel about always being on my phone... yes, there’s a reason for it. 😄
One of the compliments I hear most often from clients is:
"I love how quickly you respond."
The Reel was meant to be funny, but it highlights something that's incredibly important when you're buying or selling a home: communication.
One of the questions I hear from buyers and sellers is:
"What should I look for when choosing a Realtor?"
Experience, local knowledge, and negotiation skills all matter—but so does communication.
Real estate doesn't always happen between 9:00 and 5:00. Questions come up after work, while you're touring homes, reviewing offers, scheduling inspections, or trying to make an important decision. Knowing you have someone who responds promptly can make the entire process feel less stressful.
Whether you're buying your first home, moving up because your family needs more space, or downsizing into your next chapter, there are a lot of moving pieces.
My goal is simple: I want my clients to feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the entire process.
That means keeping you updated, answering your questions, and making sure you always know what comes next.
I believe great communication builds trust.
Sometimes the answer is quick.
Sometimes it takes a little research.
Either way, I want my clients to know they've been heard and that I'm working on getting them the information they need.
To me, that's just part of providing great service.
Buying or selling a home involves contracts, deadlines, inspections, financing, and negotiations. Clear communication helps reduce stress and keeps everyone informed throughout the transaction.
Look for an agent who understands your local market, communicates clearly, responds in a timely manner, and helps you understand each step of the buying or selling process.
Yes. Prompt communication can help you stay informed, meet important deadlines, and feel more confident throughout your real estate journey.
At the end of the day, my job isn't just helping people buy and sell homes—it's helping them feel supported every step of the way.
So yes...you'll probably catch me checking my phone more often than most. 😊
But if it means my clients know they have someone in their corner when they need an answer, I'd say that's time well spent.
I'm Kristin Zaben with the Trifecta Group. Whether you're looking for your next home or simply looking for someone who will keep you informed throughout the process, we've got you covered from A to Z.
